After comprehensive verification of product processing technology, dimensional accuracy, material properties, and a complete set of FPQ qualification technical data, all indicators of the four honeycomb seal products meet the requirements of Baker Hughes manufacturing specifications and drawings. Experts from Baker Hughes highly praise the precision machining technology and full process quality control system of MAT Aviation.
This time, four honeycomb seal products have successfully passed the FPQ certification, marking the first cooperation between MAT and Baker Hughes, and officially establishing a cooperative relationship between the both parties. It is an important milestone for MAT to expand its international high-end gas turbine supply chain. Based on the successful certification, we have successfully undertaken a large volume of orders from Baker Hughes and officially entered the stage of mass production and supply.
