The company takes its own intellectual property rights of metal honeycomb manufacturing automation equipment and technology, electron beam welding and brazing technology as its core competitiveness, products include metal honeycomb structure and materials, turbine sealing, electromagnetic shielding materials, metal carriers, flow field comb honeycomb, noise reduction lining, energy absorption anti-collision non-standard customized products, etc. It is used in aerospace, energy and environmental protection, electronic communication, traffic safety and other industrial fields.
Maanshan MAT Aviation Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located in Yushan Economic Development Zone, Maanshan City, Anhui Province, at the intersection of Hechang and Ningma Expressways. By the end of 2019, the new plant and supporting facilities will be completed and put into operation in February 2020. The factory covers an area of 35000+sqm, with a total construction area of 24000 square meters, including workshops, office buildings, dormitories and environmental garden projects. Our company has 150 employees, including more than 30 professional and technical personnel.
MAT has AS9100 quality assurance system. Brazing heat treatment, fusion welding, electric discharge and other special processes have passed the international aerospace recognized NADCAP audit. Our company has 20 automatic laser honeycomb welding machines, 8 large high temperature vacuum brazing and heat treatment furnaces (the maximum diameter of machined parts is 2 meters), 2 electron beam welders, 15 electric discharge wire cutting equipment, 9 machining centers, 8 CNC vertical and horizontal vehicles with the maximum diameter of 4 meters, matching coordinate measuring instrument and X-ray, fluorescence and other detection means.
