Job Responsibilities：

1. Assist the company in developing new products and conduct feasibility analysis on new projects in terms of technology, process, production, etc;

2. Responsible for preparing technical and process documents related to new products;

3. Responsible for the various stages of new project development (planning, input, output, review, product confirmation, trial production, design transfer, changes, etc.);

4. Responsible for establishing and maintaining product DHF and DMR documents;

5. Responsible for verifying/confirming key/special processes;

6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirement：

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in coatings or related fields;

2. Two years or more experience in adhesive research and development is preferred;

3. Proficient in using 3D software such as CAD drawing and UG/solidworks;

4. Work actively, have team spirit, have good Interpersonal communication and coordination ability, and be able to complete relevant work quickly and independently;

5. Good English proficiency, able to read English technical materials.
